The value for money at this place is great, the private rooms felt like a hotel and were spacious and clean. The location is perfect, close to good restaurants and nightlife. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved with more variety and options.

Convenient location in the heart of the city, great for exploring. The rooftop bar and pool had a fun vibe and the views were beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The common area was nice and cozy, perfect for relaxing. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was abundant.

The air conditioning in the dorms was not very effective, it was still quite warm inside. Some of the seating on the roof was broken.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the beautiful historic building and the comfortable rooms. The location was also a key aspect, as it was right in the center, allowing me to easily explore Santa Marta. Additionally, the rooftop bar/restaurant and live music at night added a fun and lively atmosphere to the hostel.

Two aspects that I disliked were the higher prices compared to other hostels in the area and the loud music that played until 1am, sometimes making it difficult to sleep. However, I understand that the hostel is known for its party vibe, so it was partly my responsibility for not expecting it.

Amazing central location with nearby restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. Short walk to the beach and easy access to surrounding villages and Tayrona NP via public transport. Rooms are clean and modern, while the rooftop with pool, bar, kitchen and lounge area is a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooftop pool was gorgeous and there is a second pool on the main floor. The shower was lovely and hot, which is a real luxury on the coast of Colombia! The staff was super nice and helpful, and the beds were quite comfy. The facilities were awesome and very clean. The location is great, right in the middle of town and easy access to bars and restaurants. We also appreciated the travel agency located within the hotel, which set up two great tours for us at reasonable prices.

    Couldn't stay longer.

My family and I recently stayed at Masaya in Santa Marta for a week-long vacation. The two pools were a hit with my kids, and the rooftop area was perfect for relaxing. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We also enjoyed the multicultural atmosphere, with many foreigners staying at the hotel. It was great to have a safe in our room, and the air conditioning and TV worked perfectly. com. When I became sick, they quickly arranged for a doctor and even changed our room without any additional charges. The open kitchen on the rooftop was well-equipped, allowing us to cook our own meals or have them prepared for us at a reasonable price. The free dancing lessons at the rooftop bar created a fun and vibrant atmosphere. we were impressed with the concept and organization of the hotel.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
